To make ps files from xpress, we create a desktop printer that uses the AdobePS driver. The Desktop Printer Utility lets you make "printers" that produce ps files in a folder that you specify. The resulting files have the xpress document's name w/ .ps extension. Note: apple's driver seems fairly intent on calling the files "postscript file x".

KeyQuencer works well for clicks or keystrokes to get through the dialogs.
