I am trying to have a simple test for connection speed to the internet.
I started by just using internet explorer to OpenURL
"
http://www.zdnet.co.uk/misc/band-test/speedtest500.html"
I hoped to just save the page and then get the result from the page using
"open for access" command.
To do this I would need to save the explorer page as a Web Archive and not a
text file of the source code.
This does not seem possible.
I am beginning to think that I'll need to use FTP and actually time
downloading (uploading as well) a test file.
Any advice on this will be gratefully received.
Thanks Ken
