Is it now? The interface is quite consistant (I daresay more so than the MacOS).
I must confess that I have never used VMS, but I, coming from a Mac-only
background, have found Unix very natural, consistent, and downright easy to
use. Configuring it is something else, but you said _using_, not _configuring_
:)

Not trying to start anything, but I really don't think there's anything wrong
with it. It's been around for 20+ years and has worked fine. In fact, it's been
doing what the MacOS (recent developments notwithstanding) could never even
_think_ of doing. And manpages load in about a twentieth of the time of MacOS
help ;)
