I've an unreleased library, UnicodeLib, which provides uChar [Unicode character] and uNum [Unicode number] commands analogous to Standard Additions 'ASCII character' and 'ASCII number'. I'd want it checked by somebody with good Unicode knowledge before releasing it though.
