I see that Palm Desktop 4.1 is available and the only change noted
on VersionTracker is:
New - Send To Handheld Droplet
Chris Page, if you are reading this, does this release include some
of the changes to AppleScript implementation that you've mentioned
but not promised? ;-)

As you might imagine, I'm particularly anxious to hear about
experiences with the new scripting support.
I haven't tried any of the new features in the scripting support but
it does seem to have broken some scripts I have come to rely on...
These scripts simply create a new note with the correct title for
linking with a ToDo/AddressBook/Event. VERY simple scripts (see
below). I'm not sure why they no longer work for me? Any ideas
anyone?
Sample script...

tell application "Palm Desktop"
make memo
set title of memo 0 to "Handheld Note: To Do Item"
end tell
