Yep. A script created with SE2.0v36 shows up with ".scpt" in Eudora's Script
menu. Creating a script with SE1.9 there is no ".scpt" in Eudora. Where is
Tim Bumgarner? :)
So I assume that my Eudora scripts that show no ".scpt" were created with an
older version of Script Editor (If you want I can send you one of them. I'm
sure your disection skills are more likely to uncover what's different about
them than mine are.)
Yes. As I said in the first place, in order to have remove .scpt you
have either to remove the extension manually in the info window and
ansswer an "are you sure..." dialog or change the name with Apple
Events or in the shell. In other words there is a workaround but its
a runaround.
