My setup is a bit different from yours (I'm running Font Reserve) & I can
access all of my fonts, but a few questions come to mind:
1. Which version of OS X are you running? (I'm using 10.2.8 so I can't
comment on the font management features of 10.3.) I wonder offhand if the
10.3 font management thingamajig is at the root of the problem.
2. I assume your OS X fonts are located in Users/[username]/Library/Fonts.
Do you have them in any other location? Do you have the same font collection
in OS 9 as in OS X?
My two cents, for whatever it's worth...

Now in Quark 6, font list returns just names of families.
