You can create the folder if it does not exist. Note that the name of the
folder is "ScriptingAdditions". There is no space between the two words.
You should not put things in the /System/Library/. It is there for the
operating system files. You can put things in /Library/ so that it is
available for every user on the computer, or you can put things in
~/Library/, so it is only available for that user (ie. yourself).
