It sounded from one of your previous posts that you were hoping some
agent would 'autofill' an incomplete or incorrect address for you... like
some browsers and e-mail clients do.

I'll be surprised if you can script that functionality into Fetch. But
then I'm easily surprised.

You could, however, build a droplet to drag your uploads to and have a
dialog appear prompting for a partially completed address.
