I use Content Barrier from Intego Software. It's really easy and very
powerfull (and it doesn't cost a fortune!). It suports multiple users,
various levels of blocking, and even notification to the administrator when
untrusted sites are requested. I love scripting things, but this is just too
easy and too well designed to bother with any home-brewed solution. Check it

Start your local Apache server as a proxy server, as given in the hint
at <http://www.macosxhints.com/article.php?story=20010117003458918>,
then point your Network settings to always use the proxy.

Not only will this improve browsing speeds on a slow connection,
you'll have a complete log of all URLs visited, even when you're out!

You can even block URLs in the configuration.

Sorry, it's not an AppleScript. :)
