I think you're misconstruing it. It's suggesting _another_ testing tool, that comes as a bonus of implementing AS. You write a set of test scripts. Next build you run them. The errors might be in the app model, or in the scripting code, or wherever -- they still need to be found. At least one large developer is, I understand, using this process with considerable success. As an _extra_ tool.
