Hi List!
Thanks for posting.
There is still a question:
Either Mp3 or another format, how do I call the sound file without
opening an app?
For example:
If I go "do shell script "open pathtofile/myvoice.mp3"" this will force
iTunes or another app to open the file.
I need to play the sound without opening a window. Do you agree?
I need to play the file using a non-window resource of Mac OS. How to
safely call this resource?

1) Where would you place these files?
In the Application Bundle of your Applescript Studio App (yes, that's a
hint).
2) What format of files would you use?
for voice? 32K mp3 or ACC (lower would be fine but some devices have
trouble with <32 so taht's the minimum I ever use.
3) Please post here an example of line calling the frase.
Ah, well, uh...
Good luck with that! :)
