I'd certainly be interested in pursuing more robust defences against
spamming/abuse if Apple were to decide to instigate them. Even with the
filtering power of running our own mail servers I'm still having to deal
with a delivery rate to my inbox of around a 10:1 ratio of nuisance mail to
genuine stuff.

Overall my mailserver (small webhost, 100 accounts or so) is pulling 80-85% spam. Of course, I just implemented greylisting, so the total will be dropping through the floor

Greylisting is cool. But seriously off-topic.
