But you are right we have had these documents for a long time. How do
you suggest I create a fresh document?
Save as or copy each page over. How do I keep styles and colors?

what does the error message say?
And: Is the document a "pure" QXP-6 one (or has it been created
with v3.1 and been opened and saved with subsequent versions
but never updated properly)?
What versions are you using (Mac OS, QXP)?
Could you make a _light_ version of the document and send it
to me? I'd like to have a closer look at it.
