Well, I have a Cocoa application that has Address Book entries in a table. I'd like to have the user able to double-click on one of these table items and open the Address Book with that specific person selected. This way I can use the Address Book to get more detailed information and set information, rather than rewrite all of this functionality myself.

Why not get the information directly from Address book and have the script place it in the data base? Similarly, why not have the script add the information directly to the address book?
