Only with the help of has' evil doings :) (Sorry, lost the URL, so you'll

If that were the actual case instead of the marketing slogan, then the answer
would be no. Because it would be a security risk if Web pages could run
(arbitrary) AppleScript scripts.

But since Dashboard runs locally, that risk doesn't apply, so in that sense
AS support should be possible. I for one would love to see it happen.

hope appears to be buried in this: "[...] JavaScript [...] The widget object
gives you the ability to [...] Execute system commands, such as shell scripts
or command-line tools" In theory that might open a route to use AS. But
having to call AS from a shell, which in turn is called through javascript,
might not be such a great experience...
