My hope would be that, at the very least, there are hooks to call
native methods, such as objective-C or plain C functions. Because for
anyone who wants to do a widget with some serious backend work it'd be
pretty inconvenient to have to write an executable to do the work, and
have it return data only through stdout.

We'll see on Friday, I guess.
