Does anybody know how I can abort a (compiled, non-application) script that was invoked from Apple Script Menu, but never exits? ... I've tried removing the ASM widget from the menu bar, even killing the SystemUIServer. What do I have to kill to get ASM- invoked scripts to stop?

Kill System Events -- it's the one running the script.
