I appreciate the help, even though (rather for a question of convenience than of monetary restraint) I would far prefer using some in-built UNIX mail command rather than running around installing extra osaxen all over our network ;-) ...
The mail command seems to work, but I’m just afraid there might be some configuring to do so the ISP’s smtp allows outgoing mail by that means... Mail is not coming back to me in my regular mail client...
