I have an applescript that enlarges quark docs and puts a form on the bottom of each page.
It then prints them to a postscript/pdf printer one page at a time.
These are then picked up by an applescript that
uses a batch in acrobat to crop the form off the bottom of the page...
Maybe you could do your page enlargement at the stage of making the pdf,
then run a batch crop to shrink them back???
