ANNOUNCING 'Bitwise' and 'Record' Libraries
=====================================================
"appleMods", the universal repository for Open Source AppleScript libraries,
announces the release of "Bitwise" and "Record", both supplied today by
'has', author of other freeware AppleScript tools.
These libraries are submitted into the Data Manipulation category, bringing
the total number of libraries to 36.
Bitwise
-------
Provides 6 commands for manipulating integer and non-fractional real values
at the bit level and performing bit-wise logical operations.
Commands: bAND(), bOR(), bXOR(), shiftLeft(), shiftRight()
Record
------
Provides 5 commands for manipulating Lists and Records, particularly for use
as Name-Value pairs. Turn 2-item lists into gettable/settable N-V pair
records.
Commands: listToRec(), recToList(), addProp(), getVal(), setVal()
