Confirmed. Running choose remote applicaton from 10.4.2 to a 10.3.9 box,
Bonjour fails, by IP it works. From 10.4.2 to a 10.3.9 Server box, Bonjour
works.

Agreed. (Btw, it's not just the running apps you see, but also *who* is
running which app.)
