Well, why don't specify this in the command description?
A thing like:
[as critical/informational/warning] : the type of alert (default is
informational and critical is not intended to be used anymore)
Or simply remove "critical" and any reference to it from the command
description.
IMHO, this would save a lot of bug report (like the one I submitted
yesterday).
