Yes, this is an error in Jon's Commands where it attempts to inform you of an error that has occurred but instead of going to the console, it makes a new window for some reason.

I turned off these errors in d3, so I'm surprised you're still getting them.

There's another related problem when attempting to use the screen commands, in that the system creates a window when it tries to write "not implemented" to the console, but I can't control that, aside from removing the screen commands from Jon's Commands or rewriting them, which I don't have the time for anymore.  ;)
