Isn't that for Carbon apps? Cocoa apps don't have the ability to Show Package Contents the way Carbon apps, do, do they? How does one gain access to the info.plist of a Cocoa app?

Control-click on the app in Finder, select "Show Package Contents" from the contextual menu, and then open the Contents folder. The info.plist should be among the items therein.

What I've been trying to communicate is that there is no "Show Package Contents" selection in the CM.
