I detailed about 23 different fruitless methods of trying to get to the
AppleScript Release Notes webpage very recently. (There's one very
circuitous way that works.) There was no response. But in an earlier email
in the same thread Chris Nebel let on that a new web page is in the process
of being created, so let's hope that all links will lead to Rome once it
exists. Your issue sounds very similar, and hopefully might have the same
solution in due course.

This is not really the province of Chris N., an  Apple Engineer, but rather
of Sal Soghoian, Marketing Manger for AppleScript. I did cc Sal, but got no
response from him either. If you are of the Optimist persuasion, you could
perhaps interpret that as good news in the sense that he would not be able
to discuss the specifics of new developments. Or something. ;-)
