I'm wondering if anyone has any examples of how to print a calendar from
iCal, preferably setting the print options to only print today's calendar in
the one-day view. I'm not particular about limiting the printout to a
particular calendar container at the moment, so if I can print out all of
the calendar objects, that suits my needs.
I've made a few different attempts, but a) nothing will happen, b) I'll get
a print dialog that won't result in a working print job (at least something
Preview can ... preview), or c) eventually my test script will time out with
an error. I've watched the Script Editor event log and Googled and not come
up with anything helpful yet.
The iCal dictionary includes a "print" item but it refers to files or
documents, and perhaps that is the hangup. I also have not dealt with any
AppleScripted printing so I very well could be missing something.
