Seems to me that you may be using IMAP; I have no experience with
IMAP, so I'm afraid that I can't be of further help.
No, everything is POP only.
Then I don't know. I can understand your using a script to create the
folders, but why move the messages with the script? When the script
creates the folders, it can also create the rules, so the rules can
then move the messages.
