Yeah, I haven't had a problem with it moving the wrong events. Granted, I haven't used it extensively yet, but in my few tests it has worked fine.

As for the bug in iCal, I agree. Although I am new to Applescript, I am very familiar with most of Apple's software, and I definitely think something is wrong there.
