Because it is in use; it was loaded by Applescript. If you have it in
the user's scripting additions folder, log out and log back in.
Otherwise, reboot.
Maybe the Get Info string was not changed when the product was
updated, or maybe the version number is in memory along with the
scripting addition itself.
