In FileMaker 8.0 at least, you cannot 'export' to PDF but you can use the menu item "Save/Send Records as.../PDF" or the Script command "Save Records as PDF".

Effectively this is an export, but someone searching the export command or script step may be confused when they find no reference to PDF.
