Please note that the word "wrongdoing" in English usage means
"illegal or dishonest behavior," so you are saying the person is
engaging in that kind of behavior. This is not the right word to
use for this, since it has the connotation of criminal, unethical,
immoral, dishonorable, or similar behavior.
Is it true or is it just someone trying to bother me ?
Literally, it is true, but I—and I'm sure that others as well—take
into consideration that English (which is reputed to be the hardest
language to learn) is not your native language.
