Not using third party software is like not using your education.
General purpose computers exist so that applications beyond the "default set" can be created. Do you refuse to use Photoshop and Quark also? After all, Preview and AppleWorks should do everything you need.
The man who refuses to use good tools does a crummy job of building things.
