Either a bug now or it was a bug before ;-)
IMHO, it's a bug now, not before. Delete should delete tracks from
iTunes only, not files in the file system. If you also want to delete
the file from the file system, then you can reveal its location first,
delete the track from iTunes, and finally delete the file via Finder
or shell.
