AppleScript is just the name of the object which has the property. As
long as there's no other object in the naming context that also has
the property, you can say just "text item delimiters". But if some
other object has a "text item delimiters" property, you use
"AppleScript's" to distinguish. I think you could also say "text item
delimiters of AppleScript".
