No, the "bookmark bar" is the bar with the bookmarks on it. It has
the icon of an open book on it.
He's talking about the portion of the Toolbar where you can type a web
address. It doesn't really have a name; in the Customize Toolbar...
window it's the "Address" portion of the chunk labeled "Add Bookmark,
Address, and Search".
