I don't see that at all. I was successfully using my scripts in Leopard. But since the install of SL I've had numerous problems with them. At this point I've given up, since someone gave me a copy of MacSpeech Dictate for Christmas.
I am truly disappointed, though. I used Apple's speech recognition for years (literally) and got a lot of usage from it. The fact that it is no longer reliable has thrown many of my scripts out the window and others have needed serious rewriting.
