Complicated? It made my head spin! It wasn't until Jon's reply that I
even understood what Philip was talking about. That's because my mind
was in simple mode. Thanks guys, this answers my question. It does
seem kind of silly that XCode doesn't have a way to view the
dictionaries though. Oh well, c'est la vie.

I think the answer you're actualy looking for is:
Yes, you look at the dictionaries in the Script Editor.
Philip's answer is for displaying dictionaries with an AppleScript
studio application, which seems to me to be a much more complicated
question than the one I suspect you are asking.
