My father just got a digital camera for the first time... He's running
the latest Leopard on his Mac Mini G4, but has never used iLife and so
is still running the version that came with it (which was I think the
one that shipped with Panther; the Mini came with a Tiger CD but not
the Tiger iLife. In any case, it's version 1.x). So while I will be
getting him iPhoto '09, it would be nice in the meantime if iPhoto
launched automatically upon insertion of the memory card. Is there a
way to attach a folder action to a volume so that a script is executed
when that volume is mounted? I'd rather not have to do this via
polling.
