Hello.
I found out that using the pronounciation found in Dave Driblins Lol speak dictionary is pretty good.
http://www.dribin.org/dave/blog/archives/2008/03/04/lolspeak_dictionary/ I have just dumped it into my dictionary folder.
say "abstinenshul"
