Hey Luther,
At this point I'll be very surprised if we get the scroll arrows back.
I haven't used them in years, and I almost never use the scroll bar either except to rapidly zip through a long document or to Option-Click to get somewhere in a hurry.
For years I used a multi-button mouse with a scroll wheel, but at the moment I'm solely using the trackpad on my MacBook Pro.
What kind of input device are you using?
