Hi Chris,
I use the scroll arrows relative often. Every time when i want to scroll
just one ore two lines up or down. Using the arrows I can do it with my
right hand keeping the mouse. Your workarounds need two hands for
scrolling. Lion is missing a lot of usefull things. Scroll arrows are one
of them, even if you can simultate them by pressing cursor up / down (at
least in older systems).
