I couldn't agree more. It's actually insane that they haven't added the simple checkbox in prefs. It's so easy. Just do it, fer cripe's sake. I submitted bug 4119697 in May of 2005. The State says it's being tracked under original bug 4585636. Hmm, I just noticed that my bug has a lower number, so why is my bug marked as a duplicate?
