Automate renaming and printing email attachment

  • Subject: Automate renaming and printing email attachment

I have a situation I hope someone can assist with. I have a designated email account that receives company work orders via email. Each email will have an attachment(s) that I would like to be renamed to the subject line of the respective email, then saved in a designated folder and then automatically printed out. As a bonus, it would be fantastic to have the file name of the attachment actually printed on the document somewhere in the margin.

Does anyone know if this is possible to do and if so how would this be done? I have an automator action that watches a designated folder I set up to print new files but I have no idea how to get the email attachment renamed and moved to this folder.

Thanks for any and all assistance

Tommy
