I can’t help you (now, but see below) determine what put it there, but if that osax is being called by a live process you can open Terminal and use the ‘opensnoop’ tool to find the caller. See the man page for more, but
opensnoop | grep -i liferaynativity
might get you there.

I used to do this all the time and all over the place to watch critical areas like LauchAgents and LaunchDaemons. Scripting Additions is also worth watching because there’s at least one keylogger I know of that installs a fake osax in there (FScript64.osax, which is also chflagged as hidden so you won’t see it in the Finder by default).
However, I got tired of all the problems with folder actions, and instead wrote my own app to do a much better job.

DetectX will tell you what’s changed in critical areas of your system each time you run it. I keep it in my login items so it alerts me every time I log in of any changes. You can also applescript it or use iCal/Calendar to run it on a schedule.
Unlike other similar apps (BlockBlock springs to mind, among the usual kind of AV scanner s/w) it does NOT require elevated privileges to work, it does not install any daemons or processes, and it does not endlessly burn up system resources. It runs and reports in less than a second or so and then its done.
Because it doesn’t require privileges, you can run it from a standard account or even a parentally guided account (I have it in my kids accounts' login items too).
It logs changes for both the current user and for the local domain.
It’s free (though you will be nagged to buy an optional license for $10 on startup).
It also has a lot of other functions (there’s a full user guide included in the Help menu), but basically its the logging function that’s really worth the entry price (= $0.00).
You can find it (and more info) at
