Thanks to all of you.
According to what Nigel described I guess that I just never triggered temporary items from user domain while I was running El Capitan.
I just wanted to get an answer for my curious brain.
The fact that path to temporary items from user domain is now identical to path to temporary items from local domain doesn't change my script behavior because I am accustomed to delete the items which are no longer used.

I understand that we are facing a deliberate change. I just feel that documenting it would have been … polite.
