I’m more than happy to be corrected, but I’m sure we’d all appreciate it if you could proffer your opinion by outlining a particular scenario relevant to what the OP said that could be a problem.

AFAICT, the security issue being described in the document you linked to concerns code injection primarily for processes that have elevated privileges after being downloaded. 

The context of that passage doesn’t appear to be applicable to Brian’s situation unless he’s distributing his app in situations which I already outlined as being mitigating circumstances.
