Dear Kathy,
In cases where an Apple Ambassador is also a member of the Apple Consultants
Network (formerly Apple Solutions Experts), the copy of Jaguar included in
the August Mailbox is for the User Group, not for the ACN. ACNs will be
receiving Jaguar separately.
Have your Ambassador check the bottom left of the address label. The
Ambassador label should include "UG". The ACN label should include "ACN".
In my case, I received two copies of the Mailbox, one with each designation.
The user group copy contained Jaguar, and the ACN copy did not.
