As Grandpa used to say - "Ain 't no fee!"
Sure, it would be nice if Apple could afford all the freebies people are
clamoring for. But this a business - the computer INDUSTRY!
I hope there won't be ads, but it's still cheaper than an AOL yearly
account. I'm willing to bet that a good number off our readership has a
cable account. Why not offer some off your web space to your MUG and
have the group pay for a virtual pointer to the site so you can maintain
your domain name?
I don't know about anyone else here but I liked to be paid for my
services. I see no reason whatsoever that Apple should work under a
different business model.
Sincerely,
Frank Petrie
