One of my board members stumbled on some web sites , including, he
maintains, the MUG Store, which purportedly openly posts the MUG
store passwords.
The board member wrote me asking if he could publish the passcodes
on our LISTSERVER, which has subscribers who are NOT MUG members. (
We permit guests to peruse our list).
I have always been strict about not revealing MUG store passwords
Garr sends and strict on maintaining all special User Group offers
so that only our members receive the passcodes.
TRoU members write to our membership email address and I verify their
membership, send the codes if membership is valid.
Should we be protective or , as my board member requests, can we,
should we make these passcodes more readily available.?
Thanks for your response
